A Day With Our Gang Comedies Booklet, 1929    This great item is a 1929 publication about Our Gang, who appeared in the Hal Roach comedies. What is most unique is that every other page is a frameable color 6x8.75" picture of Our Gang. Pages are perforated to make removal easier. There are a total of 8 such pictures including Farina, Harry, Wheezer, Jean Darling, Mary Ann Jackson, and several group pictures. This item is complete except for a missing back cover. Covers are soiled, but all but the last picture are in Excellent Plus condition. The last one has a rough upper right corner area. This is a top collectible.

1954 Marilyn Monroe Lace Overprint Calendar, near-pristine condition, with a lace overprint strategically covering various parts of her body. Gorgeous photo, complete calendar. About the only things that spoil the condition is a tiny crease in lower left corner, several short and very light impressions in the photo, and lightly rusty staples. The 8x10" (about) print is attached at the top, and you can lift the photo to reveal a blank telephone list. Printed on light cardboard.

1928 Cort Theatre Program, New York City.   Program for the Cort Theater on 48th Street off Broadway, New York. For Alice Brady in "A Most Immoral Lady". Brady also appeared in almost 80 films between 1914 and her death in 1939, and was nominated for an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 'My Man Godfrey' in 1936 and won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 1937 for 'In Old Chicago.' Has 24 pages, about 5x7.5" size. Full of period ads in addition to the program. Including a full color Lucky Strike advertisement featuring film actress Betty Compson, 140+ films from 1914 till 1948, later ran a business called 'Ahstrays Unlimited." Extremely nice condition. A pencil-written date on the cover.

Framed photograph of actress Julia Marlowe. The frame and the photograph are integral parts of a trade card for Stollwerck's Cocoa. The item was copyrighted 1894 by noted photographer B. J. Falk and patented 1895. The frame is a thin metallic piece pressed around the somewhat oval photo. The advertising printing is on the reverse. Size about 3x4". There is a cardboard "stand" for the photo glued on the reverse. Very nice condition, quite clean; but does show light wear on metal frame.
